Ang kalbaryo para sa mas ligtas na kalsada

Hindi nagkukulang ang Pilipinas sa mga batas at ordinansa para maging ligtas ang mga motorista at publiko sa kalsada. Pero bakit nga ba hanggang ngayon ay hirap pa ring maiwasan ang mga road crash dahil sa humaharurot na mga sasakyan at hindi maingat na pagmamaneho?
