In the afternoon of June 4, pro-Kiev militants again crossed Russian border and attacked Russian village of Novaya Tavolzhanka. According to preliminary reports, a group of about 20 saboteurs without armored vehicles entered the village. This is the second attack attempt during the day.
The battle is ongoing in the village. Smoke is seen rising in the settlement:

Kiev uses the so-called Russian Volunteer Corps to attack Russian territories. Both Polish and US mercenaries are also attacking Russian border villages as part of the sabotage groups. LINK
Earlier, members of the Russian Volunteer Corps invited the governor of the Belgorod region to meet on the territory of the temple in Novaya Tavolzhanka to hand over two Russian POWs.
The Russian governor agreed to hold talks with the militants on the border checkpoint. He confirmed that two Russian servicemen were captured during the previous battles:
“The only thing that stops me from negotiating with them is our boys, who are in their hands. Most likely, they killed them, no matter how hard it is for me to say it. But if they are alive, then from at 5 – 6 pm, multi-vehicle checkpoint “Shebekino”. I guarantee safety.”
