On April 17, the Russian Ministry of Defense recorded no cases of hostilities and ceasefire violations in the Idlib region in the past 24 hours;
On April 16, ISIS attacked a group of civilians who were collecting truffle mushrooms near Uqayribat and killed at least 26 people;
On April 17, the US coalition killed an ISIS commander and two other ISIS members in the village of Suwaida Jonubi in Aleppo province;
On April 16, clashes between the HTS and the SAA were reported near the village of Bsartun.
