Third Wave Of Russian Retaliation Strikes Hit Ukraine

Night of July 20 marked the third wave of Russian retaliation strikes on Ukrainian ports and military facilities throughout the country. The Ukrainian Defense Ministry confirmed damage to warehouses and port facilities as a result of night strikes in the Odessa region. The Russian military is yet to  comment on the attack and reveal the targets.

Last night explosions thundered in the Odessa, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Zaporozhie regions. The main target was again the port infrastructure in the southern region of Odessa.

Spokesperson for the Ukrainian Defense Forces of South claimed that night strikes in Odessa targeted the port infrastructure, as a result, logistics facilities, including warehouses were damaged in the region.

 

 

 

 

An administrative building was destroyed in the center of Odessa, where at least four people were reportedly wounded.

Also, Russian strikes hit targets in the Mykolaiv region, the Ukrainian authorities confirmed. The authorities of the Mykolaiv region previously reported explosions in the administrative center of the region. According to the head of the regional administration, 19 people were allegedly injured.

In response to Russian massive strikes, Kiev is targeting Crimea in an attempt to reach any military facilities on the peninsula. However, the Kiev’s military only kills civilians, achieving to military goals. LINK
