In an interview on The Chiefs, ONE News’ flagship current affairs program, Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa claimed that former president Rodrigo Duterte’s recent statement in dealing with cops involved in the illegal drug trade was said out of frustration.
This runs counter to Duterte’s pronouncements during his presidency when he declared he would kill rogue cops involved in illegal drugs.
