Labor groups led by Kilusang Mayo Uno took the busy streets of Manila and Quezon City to call on all Filipinos to support for workers’ rights to living wage, life, and redress of grievances especially in job security, decent working conditions, and right to unionize.

The protesters further denounced the continuing red-tagging, harassments, and other continuing state-perpetrated attacks under the Marcos Jr. administration against critical activists and unionists.
