On July 6, five militia members were killed in clashes between Turkish-backed forces in Ras al-Ain;
On July 5, three Russian warplanes intercepted three US drones in northeastern Syria, according to the US Air Forces Central Command;
On July 5, clashes between the SAA and gunmen from the town of Tafas resulted in the death of a gunman.
