These 6,000 fighters will never go to the army at no point. If I tell them today: that is all, guys, the work is over, then they would better go and guard a garage than join the army. Therefore, these 6,000 people are the last reserve of this country to win the war.

I have repeatedly offered our leadership at various levels to give me 200 thousand people, give me mobilized servicemen, give me convicts, give me anyone. 100 thousand to the North, 100 thousand to the South. These are two main pillars of the Wagner PMC, which allow us to go forward; but the losses, they do not result from some difficult tasks, in general, but from the complete sloppiness of those subcontractors who should work with us! Including from the amount of ammunition. I have already given a calculation that let’s say if you use 6,000 shells per day, then you lose 20 people. If you use 3,000 shells, then you lose 120 people! Therefore, in general today, the high losses, and I have no doubt that they will be even higher, due to the lack of organization and due to snobbery, which infects a certain number of people, who think that having reached a certain level, they become Gods!

What is the problem of the army? The problem of the army is that our main thing is servility and roughly speaking, ass licking. No wonder the joke was that the officers have buttons in front and buttons in the back on their overcoat, because when you are the youngest in rank, then you unbutton the back, when the senior in rank, then in front, and when you become a general, the buttons on the back disappear. In my opinion, only a couple of people do not have buttons on the back, everyone else has them as well as in front.
